Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies by the item/items being ordered.  Processing time is the time it takes to handmake, package, and deliver your completed order to the Post Office.  Approximately 3-5 business days.  In many cases it takes less time.   For larger orders it may take more time depending on the items that are ordered.  Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Estimated Shipping Times

   Shipping is the time it takes for the Post Office to deliver the package to your address.  Also included in the shipping charges is a small fee to cover the cost of packaging materials.

Returns and Exchanges 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on items without personal names on the the item.

Returns-Contact me within 3 days of delivery;  Exchanges-Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping is available only in the United States and I do not offer overnight shipping.

Items made with Stampin Up images have a copyright stamp on the back-as required- along with my company name.
